Matt Bechard has always had a strong passion for real estate. He would often do everything he could to convince anyone available to spend 2-3 hours playing Monopoly with him. Matt’s skills in Monopoly have carried over to his real estate career – whenever he landed on a property, he would take advantage of purchasing it and collecting rent. Over the past few years Matt has been acquiring rental properties in Chatham-Kent and surrounding area. Matt also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree specialized in Accounting and has worked in sales for a fortune 500 company where he has further developed his negotiation and management skills. He is analytical, down to earth and will always protect his client’s best interests in helping them achieve their real estate goals!
