Corey Lapp was born and raised in Chatham and after being away for 10 years for university and a postgraduate doctorate program, she never hesitated to move back to Chatham-Kent to raise her family. With almost 10 years of experience as a small business owner in Chatham-Kent, Corey has a strong passion for the growth of this community. You can often find her peaking in windows of new businesses popping up around Chatham, wondering what new and exciting ventures will soon be opening. Corey thrives on getting to know her clients’ personal style and has an eye for seeing the untapped potential in a property and guiding her clients towards unlocking that potential. When not busy working you can often find her working on her own renovation project (ask her about her recent RV remodel!)
